From time to time, we are involved in the design and development of structured learning frameworks. There are usually three ways in which this happens.
We offer traditional NVQ Assessment and internal Verification
to candidates and organisations, particularly in management and training.
We also train Assessors, for example the team of Assessors of the Joint
Export Training Scheme (JETS)
We have designed and delivered competency frameworks
for European trainers for a major automobile manufacturer, and also for
Customer Service Consultants for a financial services company.
We have developed a capability for distance learning through a unique course offered world-wide by Coventry Business School. We are about to embark on the development of a specialist college for one of our technical services clients.
