Standing still in business is not an option. Companies from hotels and leisure, insurance and the galvanizing industry all appreciate the importance of harnessing the creative power of all their employees to the continuous improvement of their organisation. Our programmes encourage the involvement of all, achieve fast pay back and positively impact the working climate

Tools and techniques are important but not enough. Our Continuous Improvement training provides a context in which the mechanics can be applied, ensuring a greater degree of learner buy-in. We pitch training to the appropriate level, and use live examples of issues to illustrate the processes.

The requirements of the new ISO 9000/2000 Standard take full effect at the end of 2003. To be sure of effective implementation, internal auditors need to be carefully trained. Our method is low on theory and high on application, giving learners ample scope to test out their new knowledge whilst still on the course. The Aims and Objectives of this course are shown below.

Aim
To give delegates sufficient basic training to be able to carry out quality system auditing

Objectives
By the end of this workshop, and given sufficient support when carrying out audits, delegates will be able to:

Describe the ISO 9000/2000 Standard and their organisation's relationship to it.

Define the role of an auditor in an organisational context

Explain and demonstrate the techniques involved in planning, executing, reporting and following up audits
