We are currently undertaking a large Continuous Improvement programme for a hot dip Galvanizing company with several sites. Having piloted the programme at one site, which has involved training all the management and employees, we are now extending the programme to the rest of the sites.

We provide a regular input of Coaching Skills for Customer Service Team Leaders in the largest Leasing Finance Company in Europe. Our workshops have been repeatedly praised for their depth and realism.
We work with a key player in the automotive aftermarket accessories industry. The client both manufactures, markets and distributes motor accessories and are a leading brand.

One of the top insurance companies in the UK has regularly worked with us for the past nine years. To date, we have provided a Continuous Improvement Programme, Train the Trainers, Interpersonal Skills, Effective Business Writing and Claims Audit training. And the work still goes on...
We have worked with the BCC since we started back in 1990. Our most recent project was to train and develop the team of Assessors for the JETS (Joint Export Training Standards) scheme. We have also trained trainers, carried out Job Analysis and Appraisal workshops, and even provided individual Outplacement Counselling.
Our smallest client to date has just nine employees! Here we developed and installed a Performance Management system under the auspices of the Miltron Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Businesslink.
